Buzzy, cheap sound, not even louder than the built in speakers on my MacBook . They sound like they were put together by a team of very talented chipmunks. And I don’ t even know what that means. Writing it off as a bad investment

These speakers were given to me as a gift. I was shocked by the incredible sound from such small speakers. I love the little carrying pouch and how light they are. I have been using them for several months and because of their recharge ability, I still have yet to recharge them. Since receiving this great gift, I have purchased several for friends and family. The price is so reasonable that it makes it easy to give. I think everyone who enjoys audio should have at least one pair.

Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1LGNOUYSC8DMU First things first: Don’t expect high fidelity sound out of these tiny speakers – this product is all about convenience. Everything needed to operate the device stays with it, including the audio cables and built in rechargeable battery.
The only exception, and this is a big one, is that the USB charging functionality requires a separate and easy-to-lose mini-usb gender changing cable (included in the box). It’s simply not possible to plug the device directly into a computer without some sort of adapter or additional cable. Most computers don’t have a mini-usb connector.
That disappointment aside, these are very innovative portable speakers. I hope the manufacturers will find a way to integrate the charging cable into future versions.

The company is lousy with customer support. I bought this from DB Roth (they were great and even paid for the return shipping). I emailed (no phone number) the Chill Pill company and they sent a response to let the speakers charge for 8 hours (I did and they still didn’t work), then it took almost 2 days for a email response. The email I received had the phone number to the VP of sales cell phone with a out of office message. I finally got a response telling me to send it back (at my expense) and I thought this was poor, after all the product was deffective, so I sent it back to DB Roth who promptly refunded my money. I will never buy from Chill Pill again.

So I just recieved this product today from mygearstore, & I must say they are louder than i expected. They can get very loud just from those lil two speakers.
PORTABILITY IS GREAT, its smaller than i expected. I thought it would be a lil heavier and bulkier but its the opposite
I rated these a 4 instead of a 5 because I feel like i have to be a bit careful when pulling out the wires out of the unit they feel like their gonna break off.
Other than that they are really great for their price & being that they are mobile speakers(:
