This is far too expensive for what you get. It’s cute, but is only a thin layer that you adhere to the top of the laptop. It does not protect the computer. A clear hard plastic cover, or a small carrying case, is much more functional and actually protects the laptop. We returned this product.

If you like a design of patchwork as a cover for your Mac, this is a great gelskin. It comes pre-cut and you just peel it off and stick it on the laptop. Be careful not to trap any air bubbles. No fuss and it can be removed by simply peeling off. It helps guard against scratches, spills etc. Other designs are available and next time maybe I’ll pick “The Wave.”
