I have no other anti-glare screens to compare this with, but considering the lofty price it didn’t have nearly the anti-glare effectiveness that I was expecting. If I brought my laptop outside, it was still completely unreadable, and I think this protector actually made it worse! I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

My laptop has a very glossy screen and almost unusable in outside light. I was looking for a non-glare cover that would fit on the screen and could be removed easily. However after searching i was unable to find such an item. I found the green onions supply screen on an internet search leading me here. After reading all of the reviews on amazon.com for this item i was very sceptable. So i was very cautious in the installation process. I must say it actually went on very easily and there were really no problems. It adhered to the screen very well and only had one small spot or very small bubble ( think it was actually a small defect in the film itself ) that would not come out with the credit card smoothing process. The spot is hardly noticable when the computer is off and cannot even be seen when the computer screen is on. I did use compressed air and blew off the computer and the screen before even cleaning with the cloth provided. Now i can really see my screen when i go outside even in direct sunlight. I was very satisfied with the product and it really did make a big difference. The only downside is the price. Seems to be alot of money for a very thin piece of plastic, but it does work for me.

The product cuts glare pretty well, but as the other reviewers have indicated I have 3-4 little bubbles I could not remove. Not a big deal for me.

This product is not worth what you pay for it. It is difficult to apply, it took me four tried to get it on straight. Once I got it on straight and all the air bubbles out, it worked as advertised.

I purchased the Anti-glare screen while I was house sitting for a friend that happened to live on the beach. It seemed to promise to prevent glare even in direct sunlight. After receiving the product I found it was very difficult to install. The dust particles definitely made for a less than perfect fit. I found it nearly impossible to get the screen completely dust free prior to installing it. In some areas I found it nearly as difficult to get rid of air bubbles. When I finally got it as close to a decent fit as I could – I wandered outside only to feel the screen was worse in the sun. I couldn’t tell where it helped one bit. The only difference I noticed was how poor the screen looked where the dust particles and air bubbles were living. The screen may help if you occasionally have glare from fluorescent lighting but it definitely did not do the job I was expecting it to do. Very disappointed.
