This is a working charger and really saved my hp computer. Our old charger that come with the hp computer has worn out and you can see those threads in the cord….. I ordered this product, the price is reasonable, total of $10, including shipping. It works fine. I would have given this product five star, but one shortcoming of the product is that the cord is too short. It’s annoying but not a big issue. I have to use extensions most of the time.
