Got $125 rebate for this free phone for my wife.
Nokia is garbage. They need to send their engineers to UI design school, or give them a couple of 4 year old Samsung or other phones to play with.
Their main markets are 3rd world; where people buy based on the fact that other have the phone and service/parts are an issue.
Call quality is decent, reliability is ok, robustness is ok. But the UI and usability is just plain atrocious. Almost like they want to frustrate you to use their phone. Features like check where the pics I just took, or mute the phone etc.. are just not intuitive.

This phone looks pretty but the screen is actually small. The graphic display is pixellated and menus are too cluttered. But this phone is sturdy and thats the main reason we bought it. AT&T coverage in our area is good. We dont travel long distance often so not sure how it works outside los angeles.
overall we are OK with this phone.
