The two memories were bad or used, I try each and only a memory started but to the second showed blue screen, I had to buy another equal in Venezuela and worked perfectly,I cannot give back you because I live so far “Venezuela” and it leaves expensive, What a deception?

Purchased this dual kit of memory and had a problem with one of the memory sticks. In order to return the one bad stick, I must also return the only good one I have. So now I have a computer that I cannot use until PNY processes my RMA. I will never buy a dual kit and no more PNY products. Ridiculous policy.

To be honest, I don’t know if the guy I purchased it from sold me a bootleg of PNY RAM or it is a genuine defective product. Assuming it’s genuine, it did not work. Although it is rated for 1GB of RAM, it only increased my RAM by 0.5GB! Furthermore the speed was so low that impcated and slowed down the rest of the installed RAM memory. Took it out and the computer speeded up again! I wouldn’t recomment this product to anyone, unless of course you want your PC to slow down.

I bought this memory and it works fine. I sent the rebate to PNY and they sent a postcard stating “missing receipt” I did send a copy of the transaction but there is not a “receipt” included in a online transaction.

It is what it says it is. The awesome part of buying this RAM was how insanely fast I got it; it seemed like I ordered it at night and it was here in the morning! That’s only a slight exaggeration, I really was shocked by how fast I got my order – thanks!
