wow, who keeps their phone ringer on at all anymore, it’s all vibrate, all the time for 99 percent of professionals nowadays, these guys are crazy, but fatso’s give me your phone routine made him look stupid as hell, puffing out his chest “THE PRESS SECRETARY TO THE PRESIDENT…”

You are Correct but if there would be a lawsuit like the above kid says this lawsuit would have nothing to do with youtube. Do you really think, after behaving like this you would really sue the government for taking your phone? REALLY?

Youtube lawsuits would be intellectual property issues mainly copyright law. Then again there is deformation cases.
Even counter defenses against intellectual property breaches people issue take down notices all the time that people have no right to issue.

I hear youtube litigation is an up-and-coming industry.

That jibberish made no sense. I wrote it off as a typo. Let’s see, your profile says you are a 22 yr old kid in New Zealand studying business, not law. Further, you would have scant understanding of US Con law even if you really are training to be an attorney, which is where the reporters’ protection lies.

I said, lawyer in coming you idiot… As in STUDENT

Content by Drink Hot

in this day and age… turning your cell phone off during an important meeting should be one of the first things you do. doesn’t everyone learn this stuff in high school? or college?

Content by Book Store

No, here is the deal. Bill Plante (the second guy whose phone rang) is a member of the White House Press Corps, and has been since Gibbs was having accidents in his underoos. Maybe you need to study up on the difference between that and an open press conference.

Sure, I believe you’re an attorney. LMAO.

Content by Joomla Developer

Gibbs has no authority to confiscate personal property. He’s nothing but a mouthpiece for the president. Both those reporters’ careers are fine. Freedom of the press anyone? Can you spell huge lawsuit?

Content by Book Store

behaving like that in such an exclusive position for a reporter, unlikely you will ever be allowed back though no matter how high and mighty you act…. His job his fucked. The other guy will have a better chance but bye bye to this idiot

Content by Book Store

taking the sound of his ring tone, its probably so old it doesn’t have vibrate

Content by Alvisa Rizky

so true! this is so unprofessional. why don’t they have them on mute or vibration mode?

Content by Alvisa Rizky

People need to learn some Cell phone etiquette even in White House.

Content by Joomla Developer

were these reporters just trying to upset him and see how he gonna react?

Content by Book Store

I like how the second guy turned his back and walked away from gibbs. Up yours chubby, you can’t have my phone!

Content by Joomla Developer

Hah. I laugh because you’re a joke. ;D

Well it’s not an distraction to divert attention from one of the largest missteps of the Obama presidency, people are not stupid, there are still plenty of conferences to come!!

Content by Alvisa Rizky

“It’s cotton candy down the street.”

Lol, I’ve never heard that expression before.

Content by Alvisa Rizky

funny at 31 where u hear a voice saying “confiscation” like its some elementary school recess session!! these reporters r immature, would be nice to see them have more professionalism.

Content by Alvisa Rizky

.. The schtick with the cell phone is plainly a distraction orchestrated to divert attention from one of the largest missteps of the Obama presidency to date.
